She has a proven track record of success in ESG overall function set-up and leadership, driving change management among the board and across the organization; in brand management, marketing and PR strategies, with business results and P&L accountability including go to market, covering also customers and distributors facing roles.
She has extensive experience in people management, coordinating both large multifunctional and direct teams. She is excited by changes and loves to try unprecedented paths with a positive can-do attitude no matter the challenge. She loves to work in diverse teams and values the differences.

With over 6 years of experience in leading information management, business intelligence, and analytics at Volvo Group Trucks Operations, Ivan is passionate about delivering data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
He has a proven track record of implementing and developing the process management methodology, and corresponding measurements, for the supply chain processes within the company, with the help of a cross-functional team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
As the Head of Information Management, he is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the company’s data, managing access to the information, and identifying the organisation’s business needs to design and deploy technology solutions.
He also develops and maintains an information management strategy, supported by business information architects and enterprise architects.
His goal is to make the data and processes more tangible and relatable than drawings on a sheet of paper, and to empower the users to effectively fulfill their operational responsibilities.

John is a sustainability and brand communications professional with 15 years experience of working in fast moving, diverse and commercially driven environments including at CANPACK, Aldi, Dairy Crest and Tesco.
He recognises that when sustainability strategies are implemented properly they are not only good for the environment and society they also spark innovative business ideas, increase employee engagement, help a company gain a better understanding of its customers and suppliers, reduce risks and increase profits.
With strong influencing skills he has worked successfully at all levels (internally and externally) and has experience of reporting into senior management and CEO level.
