She has a proven track record of success in ESG overall function set-up and leadership, driving change management among the board and across the organization; in brand management, marketing and PR strategies, with business results and P&L accountability including go to market, covering also customers and distributors facing roles.
She has extensive experience in people management, coordinating both large multifunctional and direct teams. She is excited by changes and loves to try unprecedented paths with a positive can-do attitude no matter the challenge. She loves to work in diverse teams and values the differences.

Pablo Morales

Pablo is a Senior Director at ENGIE with extensive experience advising clients in various sectors globally, with more than 25 years’ professional experience in decarbonisation, sustainability, technology, supply chain and operations.
Prior to his current role, Pablo was Managing Director at ENGIE LATAM where he supported clients in the region, as well as in the US and the Middle East.
Before joining ENGIE, Pablo was Partner at Deloitte, working in both Canada and Chile, leading the Supply Chain and Operations services.
During his career, Pablo has built and led teams, developed businesses, and managed complex projects across diverse industries.
His work includes delivering decarbonisation and energy transition projects, as well as technological and operational solutions for clients in sectors such as manufacturing, industrials, transport, energy, oil and gas, retail, telco, and more. He has:
• Supervised >20 decarbonisation projects in LATAM and the US in the last three years
• Supported several companies in operations and supply chain transformation and optimisation, including operations excellence, energy efficiency, lean management and logistics optimisation
• Advised > 50 clients in developing technology roadmaps in the Americas and Australia

Erich Barnstedt

Erich has worked in various engineering roles at Microsoft for over 21 years, initially in the Windows team and later in the Azure team. Throughout his career, he worked in the automotive and manufacturing verticals and is the founder of both the Windows and the Azure Industrial IoT teams. He is the inventor of many Industrial IoT products from Microsoft. More recently, he shifted his work to the support of open industrial standards in Microsoft products as well as commitments to open-source and consortia work in the Corporate Standards Group at Microsoft as Senior Director. He is the holder of various IoT-related patents and has a bachelor and two master’s degrees in computer science from Trinity College, Dublin.

Carlos Branco

Carlos Branco is an energy and environment manager with background in Chemical Engineering (University of Coimbra), Master’s degree in Business Administration and Sustainability Management.
With more than 30 years of experience in industry, he has developed his career in multinational companies in the food, chemical and electric battery sectors, mainly as production and quality manager. He led the implementation of improvement projects in several areas of the business, such as, wastewater treatment, waste management, improvement of the use of water, energy and raw materials, quality and training.
Over the last 15 years, he has led the implementation of ISO 14001 and 50001 standards, net zero GHG and water saving roadmaps, at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Portugal. Some of these projects have received national and international awards.

Maria Inês Campos

Maria Inês Campos is a global R&D leader focused on Product Stewardship and Sustainability, driving environmental strategy across a diverse portfolio of greater than 1,000 industrial and medical products manufactured at more than 14 sites worldwide.
With 14 years in Research & Development and over a decade in project management, she combines scientific depth with Lean/Six Sigma data analytics and long-term strategic vision. Her team carries out environmental impact assessments to identify key areas – from raw material sourcing and manufacturing to use, reuse, and end-of-life. Building on these insights, Maria ensures transparency in sustainability communication by shaping data-driven, non-greenwashing claims and supporting Ansell’s Sustainability Communication to all stakeholders, including customers.
Maria also forges partnerships to scale innovation, such as “From Waste to Aid,” which repurposes glove scrap into flip-flops for humanitarian use.
She holds advanced professional training in sustainability and environmental management, including Circular Economy: Transition for Future Sustainability (MIT Professional Education), Life Cycle Assessment: Quantifying Environmental Impacts (MIT Professional Education), and Business Sustainability Management (Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership).
This specialized knowledge underpins her strategic, hands-on and collaborative approach to leading global sustainability and innovation initiatives at Ansell.

Ryan Florijn

Ryan Florijn is the Director of Commerce at PRé Sustainability, a globally recognized consultancy and software company specializing in life cycle assessment (LCA) and sustainability performance management. PRé is also the developer of SimaPro, one of the most widely used tools for modeling, analyzing, and communicating the environmental performance of products, companies, and sectors.
In his role, Ryan leads the commercial strategy and is directly responsible for the Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Management teams at PRé, while working closely with global partners and clients. With these teams, he supports organizations in embedding sustainability into day-to-day decision-making through transparent, credible, data-driven tools and expertise. Rui Gondar

European Space Agency
Aerospace engineer for the European Space Agency (ESA)’s CleanSpace Office at ESTEC, with a focus on sustainable technological advancement in the space sector. My work contributes to the achievement of the goals set by the ESA Green Agenda and Zero Debris Initiative, aiming to minimise the environmental impact of space activities across different ESA missions.
My professional background includes systems engineering for satellites, with prior experience in Astrodynamics and Spacecraft Operations, Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST), and Space Debris.
Within the CleanSpace Office, I am actively involved in projects related to End-of-Life disposal strategies, In-Orbit Servicing (IOS), and Active Debris Removal (ADR), supporting the development of innovative solutions that promote sustainability and enable circularity in future space missions.
Together with the CleanSpace’s Ecodesign team, I collaborate with industrial and institutional stakeholders to integrate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies into mission design and procurement processes, promoting environmentally responsible manufacturing practices within the European space sector, and shaping the strategic frameworks that align technological advancement with ecological stewardship in space.

John O’Maoileoin is the Group Sustainability Director for the CANPACK Group. CANPACK is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of aluminium, glass and steel packaging containers and has plants across the world including in Poland, the UK, Romania, USA, Brazil, UAE, Ukraine and India.
Prior to working for CANPACK, John was the Corporate Responsibility Director for Aldi UK and Ireland, where he was responsible for packaging, agriculture, environmental issues, ethical trade and UK community programmes. Before joining Aldi he was Head of Corporate Responsibility for Dairy Crest PLC, which was the UK’s largest dairy company until it was bought by Saputo Dairy. He has also held the role of Communications Manager at Tesco PLC.
Outside of work, John is a School Governor and he is a Trustee of Action 21 a charity that focuses on recycling and repairing products including electrical equipment.

Thomas Stehli

Thomas is a Director at ENGIE, with extensive experience in programme management, and a focus on energy efficiency and renewable heat implementation.
Thomas brings over 10 years’ experience in sustainable development and management consulting, supporting clients in energy, resources and utilities, automotive and banking sectors.
At ENGIE, he manages complex energy strategy and implementation projects. His work focuses on framing and developing multi-site and multi-country innovative implementation programmes, mostly through an as-a-Service approach. He has:
- Coordinated a global energy efficiency programme (100 sites in 10+ countries)
- Developed economic models and performed sensitivity analyses as basis for investment decisions
- Developed natural gas phase out roadmaps
- Performed full site energy efficiency assessments and improvement plans
- Developed heat recovery and solar heat implementation projects, encompassing all activities from financing to permitting and discussion with local authorities
- Developed KPIs to monitor environmental performance
Thomas also brings an expertise in renewable heat, having worked for a solar thermal and renewable heat independent supplier for over a year.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France), with a specialisation in Management of Digital Business and Information Technologies. After working for ENGIE in Singapore, Thomas is now based in France.
